Tone it Up is my favorite fitness site! Katrina and Karena have great FREE fitness and nutrition tips that I love to follow. 

Here is there most recent Workout Schedule  Each week they give you a schedule they have planned out to challenge you to workout at least once a day. There schedules are easy to follow and give a variety to keep you intrigued. Some of their videos they encourage you to buy their workout videos but most of them they offer on youtube or offer a free printout on their website. 

Check it out if you are looking to change up your workout routine!! A lot of these can be done from home or outside which is great for summer too :)
